The Pakish Abuse Policy
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Pakish Hosting server or its valued customer is strictly prohibited. It may result in suspension or termination and in neccesary cases legal action considerd. If your account information is stolen and abuse is carried out, you are still responsible. This includes if your specific account has an attack, for example, a DDOS attack and it uses an excessive amount of server resources. Your password is your responsibility and therefore any actions taken by your account will be taken as carried out by the account owner.
We reserve the right at any time to deny anyone access to our resources or services.
This abuse policy should be considered in conjunction with our terms of service and is not exclusive.
