Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Pakish dot NET's Acceptable Use Policy prohibits illegal content, spam, malware, phishing, DDoS attacks, resource abuse, and any activities that violate Pakistani law or international cyber regulations. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund. We comply with all abuse reports within 24–48 hours and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
1. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use Pakish dot NET services for: (a) Hosting, distributing, or creating malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code; (b) Phishing attacks, SMS spoofing, or social engineering scams; (c) Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or running botnet command-and-control infrastructure; (d) Operating child exploitation material (CSAE) or sharing illegal pornography; (e) Facilitating terrorism, money laundering, or sanctions evasion; (f) Copyright/trademark infringement or intellectual property theft; (g) Defamation, libel, threats, or harassment of individuals or organizations.
2. Illegal Content & Compliance
Pakish dot NET complies with all applicable laws including the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC), GDPR, WHOIS regulations, and international cyber laws. We strictly enforce:
- •ICANN/DNSSEC Rules
All domain registrations must include valid WHOIS contact information. Domains used for illegal distribution, phishing, or DDoS infrastructure will be suspended and reported to ICANN.
- •PECA & Pakistan Law Authority
Content violating the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 or FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) directives is immediately removed. We cooperate fully with court orders (FIRs) and law enforcement.
- •Bank Secrecy & AML Compliance
Accounts used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion are terminated immediately. Financial institutions are notified per international AML/KYC requirements.
3. Resource Abuse & Security Violations
The following activities will result in immediate account suspension:
- •Excessive CPU usage (>80% sustained) or CPU-intensive mining operations without prior approval
- •DDoS attacks, brute-force attempts, or automated hacking activities originating from your account
- •Running open proxies, VPN services, or TOR exit nodes without explicit written authorization
- •Mass email bombing, spamming, or relay attacks from your mail services
4. Enforcement & Consequences
Pakish dot NET reserves the right to (a) Immediately suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy without advance notice; (b) Delete all data associated with violating accounts; (c) Pursue legal action and seek damages if applicable; (d) Report violations to law enforcement, FIA, ICANN, or ISPs; (e) Blacklist termination notice and prevent re-registration. Terminated accounts are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances. We investigate abuse reports within 24 hours and respond to takedown notices (DMCA, PECIA, court orders) within 48 hours.
