Welcome to Pakish.NET. These Terms of Service govern your use of all services provided by Pakish.NET, including web hosting, domain registration, managed WordPress hosting, VPS, email services, and digital consulting. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Pakish.NET provides web hosting, domain registration, managed WordPress hosting, Windows RDP VPS, Google Workspace, professional email, DNS management, and related digital infrastructure services. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to create an account. Each account is for a single entity — sharing login credentials with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
3. Payments & Billing
Payments are due upon invoice generation. We accept the following payment methods:
- Local (Pakistan): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, Nayapay, Bank Transfer (Meezan Bank, HBL)
- International: Visa, Mastercard credit and debit cards
Service suspension may occur if invoices remain unpaid for more than 7 days past due. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before permanent deletion.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee on all new hosting plans. If our hosting does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of paid service, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and software licenses are non-refundable as these involve third-party costs.
5. Acceptable Use
You are responsible for all content hosted on your account. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Content that is illegal under Pakistani law (PECA 2016) or international law
- Distribution of malware, phishing pages, or spam
- Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting resources
- Excessive resource usage that impacts other customers on shared servers
- Storage of pirated software, copyrighted media, or illegal material
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content uploaded to your hosting account. Pakish.NET does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We will not access your files except when required for technical support (with your permission) or legal compliance.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify service features, pricing, or terms with 30 days’ written notice via email or client portal notification. Existing contracts will be honored through their term at the original pricing.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward staff, or use services for illegal purposes. You may cancel your services at any time through the client portal. Refund eligibility is subject to Section 4 above.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pakish.NET’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, data loss beyond our backup retention, or downtime caused by force majeure events.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
