1. Information We Collect

Pakish dot NET collects the following types of information: (a) Account information: name, email, phone, company details, billing address; (b) Payment information: credit card, bank account details (processed securely via PCI-compliant payment gateways); (c) Service usage data: IP addresses, domain settings, hosting configurations, bandwidth usage; (d) Support information: ticket history, chat logs for customer service purposes.

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences and analyze website traffic via Google Analytics. Essential cookies (security, session management) are always active. Analytics cookies are optional and require your explicit consent via our cookie banner. We do not sell or share browsing data with advertisers. Your consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing cookies or adjusting preferences in our cookie management panel.

3. Data Protection & Security

Your personal data is stored on secure servers with encryption (SSL/TLS). We implement industry-standard security practices including firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by GDPR/PECA.

4. Your Data Rights

All users worldwide who access Pakish.NET services may exercise the following rights regarding their personal data: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) restrict processing; (e) obtain a copy in a portable format (data portability). These rights are available regardless of your country, nationality, or place of residence. EU and Pakistan residents also have additional protections under GDPR and PECA where applicable. 5. Facebook Login and Meta Services

The PakishNET application uses Facebook Login so you can sign in to the Pakish.NET client portal (my.pakish.net) with your Meta account. When you choose Facebook Login, we receive information that Meta shares with us based on the permissions you approve—typically your name, email address, and Facebook profile identifier. We use this information to authenticate your account, create or link your Pakish.NET client profile, and provide access to billing and support services. We do not sell Meta-derived data to third parties. Facebook Login data is stored in our WHMCS client database alongside your account record and is retained for as long as your account remains active or as required for legal, billing, and security obligations. You can disconnect Facebook Login from your account settings or request deletion as described below.

6. Data Deletion Requests — Available to All Users

All users worldwide who access Pakish.NET services or use Facebook Login with the PakishNET application may request deletion of personal data associated with their account, regardless of their country, nationality, or place of residence. Submit a request by emailing privacy@pakish.net from the email address associated with your Pakish.NET account (subject: "Data Deletion Request"), or by opening a support ticket through the Pakish.NET client portal at my.pakish.net and selecting the privacy or account category. Identify your account email and state whether you also want information received through Facebook Login deleted. Never include your password. After identity verification, we will delete or permanently anonymize eligible personal data, including Facebook Login data, within 30 days and send confirmation. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, taxation, billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations.
