Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

Pakish dot NET offers a full 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans (Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Business Hosting). If you are not satisfied with your service within 30 days of initial purchase, we will refund 100% of your hosting fees, provided: (a) Your account is not terminated for AUP or Terms violations; (b) You request a refund in writing (email to billing@pakish.net); (c) Your refund request is verified and processed within 5–7 business days; (d) No excessive resource abuse or security violations occurred during the trial period.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are explicitly non-refundable and cannot be returned for any reason:

• •Domain registrations & renewals (once provisioned in ICANN registry)
• •SSL certificates (once issued and installed)
• •Premium add-ons (backups, Gitcoin services, malware scanning, spam filtering, advanced firewalls)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window, follow these steps:

1. Email billing@pakish.net with your invoice number and account username
2. Provide a brief reason for your refund request
3. Our billing team will verify your eligibility and confirm receipt
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

4. Refund Conditions & Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  Accounts Terminated for Violations

  If your account was terminated for AUP violations (spam, malware, DDoS, illegal content), no refund will be issued regardless of service quality.

  Services Beyond 30 Days

  Refund requests submitted after 30 days from initial purchase will be denied. The 30-day period starts from the invoice date, not the service activation date.

  Renewal & Upsells

  Auto-renewed domains, renewed hosting plans, and purchased add-ons after the initial purchase are non-refundable. You must cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date to avoid charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your service at any time by submitting a cancellation request via your WHMCS client portal or emailing billing@pakish.net. Cancellations are effective immediately. Prepaid hosting plans are not refunded for unused time (e.g., canceling after 10 days of a 30-day plan results in forfeiture of the remaining 20 days). However, your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation. To permanently delete all data, request destruction via email. Refund eligibility (where applicable) is determined by the original purchase date, not the cancellation date.
