Backups protect against data loss. Scope varies by plan; customers remain responsible for critical off-site copies.
Platform backups
Eligible shared hosting plans include JetBackup daily snapshots as described on the product page. Retention periods and restore requests are handled via the client area or support ticket.
Customer responsibilities
Maintain your own off-site backups for irreplaceable data. Test restores periodically. Backups do not replace security hardening or version control for custom code.
