Terms of Service

1. Upstream Infrastructure & Liability

Pakish dot NET operates as an independent managed services provider utilizing industry-leading upstream partners including Hosting.com, ResellerClub, and Resell.biz. While we provide priority support and manage your account, core hardware, network, and data center-level guarantees are governed by our upstream providers' SLAs.

Pakish dot NET Group is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or extended downtime caused strictly by upstream network failures, force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics), or malicious third-party attacks beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, liability is delegated to the responsible upstream provider per their published SLA terms.

2. Billing, Taxation & Payment Terms

All pricing on our website and invoices is strictly exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, Sales Tax, etc.) unless explicitly marked as 'inclusive' in writing.

  Tax Responsibility

  As stated on our invoices ('Tax not included in this invoice'), you are solely responsible for remitting any required taxes to your local jurisdiction. Pakish dot NET Group is registered with the Pakistan Tax Office (NTN holder) and complies with all Pakistan Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) filing requirements.

  Payment Terms

  All services are billed on a pre-pay basis. Failure to pay invoices by the due date will result in automated service suspension within 48 hours via our WHMCS billing system. Suspended accounts are deleted permanently after 30 days of non-payment.

  Currency & Processing

  Local Pakistani transactions are processed in PKR. International transactions may be processed in USD or other currencies depending on the payment gateway used. Exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility.

3. Domain Registration (ICANN & PKNIC Rules)

All domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies, PKNIC regulations (for .pk domains), and our registrars' terms. Domain purchases are strictly non-refundable once registered and provisioned. You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS contact information and renewing domains before expiration. Pakish dot NET is not liable for lost or expired domains due to unpaid renewal invoices or outdated contact details.

4. Acceptable Use & Account Termination

You agree to use Pakish dot NET services only for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws (Pakistani law, international cyber laws, GDPR, PECA, etc.). Any violation including hosting malware, phishing content, spam, child exploitation material, or terrorist financing will result in immediate account termination without refund. Pakish dot NET cooperates fully with law enforcement and court orders. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
