Uptime and SLA Methodology

Uptime percentages on product pages refer to platform availability for the hosted service, measured as described in your plan terms.

What SLA covers

Network and hypervisor availability for the hosting platform. Scheduled maintenance announced in advance is excluded per plan terms. Application-level bugs and customer code are not covered.

Measurement

Monitoring uses internal and external probes on core infrastructure. Credit requests follow the Refund Policy and plan-specific SLA clauses.
